If you are interested in using our building for a group stay or special event, please fill out the event application below and we will contact you to exchange information regarding our Building Use Policies and confirm your reservation. Also take a look at the building event calendar to check for date conflicts.

Some Special Events that have been held at our building include: Weddings, Elders Retreats, Family Reunions etc.

Aditional Information

Costs You Should Expect. I understand that the Summit County Church of Christ requires a donation for groups or families staying at and using our building and facilities. The donation is to defray the cost of utilities as well as the wear and tear on the facilities. Generally a donation of $15.00 per person per night is expected for groups staying in the building. We may also require a cleaning deposit of $200 prior to your stay with us. The balance of the donation will be due upon arrival. There may be a cancellation fee for certain times of year (Generally Holidays and Spring Break) so please make sure of the dates you are interested in. Expected donations for Special Events will be negotiated on an individual basis. We also can accommodate reduced rates for Charitable Groups (Children’s Homes etc.) Please ask us if you have a special need.

Church Liability is Limited. Understand that the Summit County Church of Christ will not be responsible for any injuries or loss or damages sustained by any group visitors during their stay. Visitors must have their own accident insurance coverage or be prepared to personally pay for any medical treatment necessary.
